Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Expert (f/m/d) to become a vital part of Innomotics – A Siemens Business. Our mission revolves around innovative motion solutions, ensuring reliability and efficiency in operations. With a team of over 15,000 skilled professionals, we are committed to engineering the future of sustainable and energy-efficient technologies.

Your Role: As a Compliance Expert within the Legal and Compliance Team, you will report directly to the Global Head of Compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risks while ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in areas such as anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud, and antitrust.
  • Managing the Innomotics Data Privacy System in collaboration with our external data privacy officer.
  • Providing guidance on data privacy matters and ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of policies, guidelines, and processes.
  • Leading projects for the implementation and rollout of new compliance tools, policies, and processes, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Overseeing global compliance training and awareness initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, economics, or engineering; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Several years of experience in compliance, auditing, operational review, or related functions within a multinational environment.
  • Experience in project management and familiarity with GDPR compliance.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong ethical values and integrity, coupled with strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for motivating and advising stakeholders on compliance matters.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German is essential; additional languages are a plus.
