Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen engagierten Cloud-Engineer für Managed Services, der Erfahrung in der Welt von Microsoft 365 und/oder Azure gesammelt hat.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Bewährte Methoden und Prozesse für die Wartung und den Betrieb von Cloud-Infrastrukturen anwenden
  • Kundenanfragen schnell und kompetent bearbeiten und Lösungen anbieten
  • Proaktive Fehlererkennung und -behebung in den Kundenumgebungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Konfigurationen und der Lösung technischer Fragen
  • Dokumentation von Anleitungen und Prozessen in Jira und Confluence
  • Einrichtung von Software und Microsoft 365-Diensten auf Kundenanforderung
  • Betreuung der On-/Offboardings unserer Kunden
  • Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Kommunikations- und Entstörungsprozesse
  • Mitarbeit an der Automatisierung von Regeltätigkeiten
  • Fachliche Weiterbildung durch Microsoft Zertifizierungen und interne/externe Schulungsmaßnahmen
Qualifikationen und Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Umschulung im IT-Bereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows und Microsoft 365
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Sichere und verbindliche Gesprächsführung
  • Eine sorgfältige und Arbeitsweise
  • Optimalerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit weiteren Betriebssystemen MacOS, iOS, Android
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Lust auf neue Technologien und Spaß daran sich diese anzueignen
  • Gerne Kenntnisse in Scripting wie z.B. PowerShell
