We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Leadership Development &Academy Europe to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and perfecting our leadership evaluation standards and training system at all levels of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Leadership Training Programs
- Design and develop training programs to enhance leadership skills and competencies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions
- Evaluate and Improve Training Effectiveness
- Assess the impact of training programs on leadership development and business outcomes
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance training effectiveness
- Manage Training Operations
- Coordinate training logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of training programs
- Develop and Maintain Training Materials
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Ensure training materials are engaging, informative, and relevant to the target audience
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with HR, Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to deliver high-quality training programs
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in industrial or organizational psychology, economics, social sciences, organizational development, or a related field
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership development, training, and organizational development
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
