Logistics Delivery Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Experience Manager to join our team at zooplus SE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of our products across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery Experience Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the delivery experience for our customers, and implement strategies to improve delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
- Reliability and Efficiency: Work closely with our logistics partners to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our delivery services, and implement processes to minimize delays and errors.
- Market Innovation: Research and implement new delivery solutions and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our delivery service providers, and negotiate contracts that meet our business needs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address any issues that arise.
- Country Strategy: Develop and implement a long-term country strategy for delivery experience, including annual roadmaps and key performance indicators.
- Education: Graduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as logistics or business administration.
- Experience: Proven experience in logistics services, with a strong understanding of delivery operations and customer experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Language: Proficient in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.
