As a DSP Pricing & Compensation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance payment processes for Delivery Service Partners across Europe. You will be tasked with developing effective methodologies to address operational inefficiencies and facilitate business growth, performing thorough analyses to assess financial performance, and communicating essential metrics to executive leadership.
Team Overview:
Amazon Logistics is dedicated to optimizing 'last mile' delivery in collaboration with distribution partners, aiming to deliver an exceptional delivery experience. The EU Central DSP Management team focuses on strengthening partnerships with Delivery Service Partners throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic initiatives that enhance the DSP payments framework.
- Design processes that support scalable business operations.
- Perform root cause analysis to evaluate the financial well-being of delivery partners.
- Provide critical metrics and updates to senior management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in program management and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher.
- Background in supply chain management, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Experience in a startup environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in managing profit and loss responsibilities.
