Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing logistics support to project deliveries, including supplier tendering, RFQs, and transportation solution design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Support: Provide logistics support to project deliveries, including supplier tendering, RFQs, and transportation solution design.
  • Delivery Coordination: Coordinate all resources to ensure that last-mile project deliveries are performed on time and in full.
  • Project Management: Work closely with project managers and internal/external peers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Cost Optimization: Minimize costs using the most efficient methods and manage supplier KPIs to achieve best performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Solve problems and optimize processes to improve logistics efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure that logistics processes and documents are performed in compliance with regulations.
  • Reporting: Manage invoicing and monthly reporting for logistics activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in an international company with project management and delivery experience.
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of international forwarding, customs clearance, EU inland transportation, incoterms, and LCs.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: English as working language, with any other EU language and Chinese being an advantage.
  • Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and work under pressure.
