Key Responsibilities- Logistics Support: Provide expert logistics support to project deliveries, including supplier tendering, RFQs, and transportation solution design.
- Delivery Coordination: Coordinate all resources to ensure last-mile project delivery is performed on time and in full.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and internal/external peers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Cost Optimization: Minimize costs through efficient logistics solutions and manage supplier KPIs to achieve best performance.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve logistics-related issues and optimize processes.
- Compliance: Ensure logistics processes and documents are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Manage invoicing and monthly reporting for logistics activities.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in an international company with project management and delivery experience.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of international forwarding, customs clearance, EU inland transportation, incoterms, and LCs.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English as working language, with proficiency in other EU languages and Chinese a plus.
- Computer Skills: Good knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS, and MS Office systems.
