Criteo is in search of a driven and skilled individual to become part of the Enterprise Central Europe team as a Retail Media Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
In this capacity, you will take charge of expanding and securing media purchases from brands and agencies for Criteo's offerings. This includes, but is not limited to, fostering partnerships with major advertising agencies, independent retail media firms, and brand advertisers within our Enterprise division. You will be expected to effectively manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from identifying prospects to comprehending media purchasing trends, navigating client and agency hierarchies, and ultimately closing deals.
We seek a proficient relationship builder who is innovative, responsive, and consultative, equipped with a robust network.
Your Role Includes:
- Collaborating closely with client contacts within your designated book of business to secure new opportunities and enhance the utilization of Criteo's offerings, which encompass both Retail Media and Marketing Solutions.
- Consistently identifying and engaging client contacts to drive revenue growth within your portfolio.
- Overseeing client relationships from initial engagement through to post-sales, with the objective of establishing enduring partnerships that lead to sustainable business.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of Criteo's suite of solutions, articulating key performance indicators for campaigns, and leveraging this knowledge to stimulate new business within your client base.
- Positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for your client counterparts, fostering and maintaining a strong network within your book of business.
- Achieving revenue growth targets aligned with Criteo's quarterly goals.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the DACH/Central European brand and media agency landscape, as well as the broader digital advertising ecosystem.
- Preferably, experience in Retail Media or audience-targeted display campaigns across the open web.
- Well-connected within the major agency groups and/or with brand advertisers and retail media agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate in intricate scenarios.
- Capability to deliver strong outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic team setting.
- Strong collaborator, working both internally and externally to identify, present, and secure opportunities with new agency clients.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to operating with high integrity in all situations.
- Proficient in both German and English for business communication.
