Retail Media Sales Manager

As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
As a Merchant Growth Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our restaurant and merchant ads business. This will involve building and managing relationships with key industry players, including global brands, franchises, and local restaurants and merchants.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a local sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our restaurant and merchant ads business.
- Building and managing relationships with key industry players to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure sales objectives are met and revenue targets are exceeded.
- Negotiating and closing advertising investment deals to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management in relevant industries (advertising sales, restaurants, retail) with a proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior executives and clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on win-win solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
