Zimper Media GmbH is seeking a driven and experienced Sales & Account Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a leading media company dedicated to connecting individuals, businesses, and institutions with their target audiences through innovative communication strategies.

As a Sales & Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive results. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, acquiring new business, and developing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media landscape.
  • Consult with marketing managers, agencies, and CEOs on effective cross-media communication strategies.
  • Develop and present customized campaign plans that align with client objectives.
  • Network extensively to build a strong professional presence and generate leads.
  • Plan and execute sales promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • A commercial education or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the media industry or consultancy sector.
  • A strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
