Key Responsibilities

What will you do at CONROO?

  • Oversee a range of high-value SaaS implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with various teams to convert client needs into actionable project plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Schedule regular meetings to manage expectations and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions from Sales to Product and Tech teams during implementation, as well as from implementation to operations for ongoing support, ensuring thorough documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Regularly assess and improve implementation processes based on feedback and insights. Work with cross-functional teams to adopt best practices, enhance efficiency, and promote continuous improvement across all projects.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, ideally within SaaS or technology-focused environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex implementation projects for high-value SaaS solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience in creating engaging presentations that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, a customer-focused approach, and strong problem-solving abilities.
