Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Manager DACH to join our team at Contentsquare. As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of our solutions and products. You will work closely with our clients to ensure a successful deployment and provide technical guidance and support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical project manager to onboard new clients and implement our Contentsquare products
  • Proactively handle customer and internal stakeholders' expectations during the onboarding and deployment phase
  • Act as the main point of contact for any technical implementation-related matters
  • Work closely with our Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Experts to drive success based on clients' objectives
  • Support our partners in the region as they lead their end-customers' Contentsquare deployments

Requirements:

  • Working proficiency in German and strong communication skills in English
  • At least 4 years of experience in technical implementation or support roles, or technical project management, ideally in a SaaS company
  • Strong working proficiency in web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML
  • Experience with application development or SDK implementation knowledge and comfort with mobile testing and troubleshooting tools
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with SaaS organizations of global companies
  • Experience in working cross-regions, strong proactivity, and autonomy to interact with internal peers overseas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a global, dynamic, cross-functional team-based environment
