About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team at HENN. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our building information modeling projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out BIM coordination and lead internal and external coordination meetings
  • Create and update BIM execution plans, manage BIM requirements, and ensure implementation
  • Coordinate data transfers at the interface between planning, specialist planning, and the client
  • Ensure internal quality specifications for data models and further develop and maintain BIM standards, Revit templates, and families
Requirements
  • Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable education
  • Solid experience in the implementation of BIM projects
  • Confident approach to the implementation of project and work processes in model-based work
  • Very good knowledge of Autodesk Revit and tools for model coordination (e.g. bimCollab Zoom, Solibri Model Checker)
  • Knowledge in data management of digital model-based space books (e.g. dRofus)
  • Pleasure in working with information models and scripting languages such as Grasshopper or Dynamo
  • Very good in German and good in English
