Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Competence Management Lead to join our team in Project Entity. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and effectively communicating a global robust, clear, scalable, and digitized Competence Management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Lead of the Competency Management team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Build strong relationships and act as a trusted partner with key stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and external partners.
- Ensure the competency framework is up to date, aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives, and relevant to the evolving needs of the business.
- Oversee, support, and improve the application of our competency assessment tool (SELP – Siemens Energy Learning Platform) and processes.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify competency gaps for developing targeted programs together with our Learning & Development Team.
- Monitor and analyze competency data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on competency management activities and outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in competency management, talent development, or a similar role.
- Leadership skills proven by first experiences in team management.
- Exceptional communication and social skills shown in a dynamic international environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Experience in project management and change management is a plus.
- Fluent in English, German is desirable.
