Serve as the Technical Lead of the Competency Management team, offering guidance, support, and development opportunities. Cultivate strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including HR, business leaders across various functions in Project Entity, and external partners. Ensure the competency framework remains current, aligned with the company's strategic objectives, and responsive to the evolving business landscape. Oversee, support, and enhance the utilization of our competency assessment tool (SELP – Siemens Energy Learning Platform) and related processes. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify competency gaps and develop targeted programs in conjunction with our Learning & Development Team. Monitor and analyze competency data to identify trends and areas for enhancement. Prepare and present reports on competency management activities and outcomes to senior leadership. What You Bring A background in Competence Management is advantageous, and experience in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field will provide a solid foundation. We foster an environment that encourages innovation and nurtures a thriving culture.
Several years of experience in competency management, talent development, or a similar capacity. Proven leadership skills demonstrated through initial experiences in team management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills evident in a dynamic international setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Experience in project management and change management is a plus. Proficiency in English; German language skills are desirable.
