Your role will be crucial in providing our organization with insights into our current skill set and identifying the competencies essential for our future success. We seek a proactive and seasoned professional to join us as our Competence Management Lead (f/m/d) in Project Entity. Serve as the Technical Lead of the Competency Management team, offering guidance, support, and development opportunities. Cultivate strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including HR, business leaders across various functions within Project Entity, and external partners. Ensure the competency framework remains current, aligned with the strategic objectives of the company, and responsive to the evolving needs of the business. Oversee, support, and enhance the utilization of our competency assessment tool (SELP – Siemens Energy Learning Platform) and associated processes. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to pinpoint competency gaps and develop targeted programs in conjunction with our Learning & Development Team. Monitor and analyze competency data to identify trends and areas for enhancement. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on competency management activities and outcomes to senior leadership. What You Bring A background in Competence Management is advantageous, complemented by experience in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. We foster an environment that encourages innovation and nurtures a thriving culture.
Several years of experience in competency management, talent development, or a comparable role. Proven leadership skills demonstrated through initial experiences in team management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills evident in a dynamic international setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Experience in project management and change management is an asset. Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
