In this role, you will take charge of establishing, maintaining, and effectively communicating a comprehensive, scalable, and digitized Competence Management framework for our Project Entity function, which encompasses approximately 2700 employees. Your responsibility will be to provide our organization with insights into the current skills available and critically assess the skills necessary for our future success. We seek a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team as the Competence Management Lead (f/m/d) in Project Entity. Serve as the Technical Lead of the Competency Management team, offering guidance, support, and development opportunities. Foster strong relationships and act as a trusted partner with key stakeholders, including HR, business leaders across various functions in Project Entity, and external partners. Ensure the competency framework remains current, aligned with the company's strategic objectives, and responsive to the evolving business landscape. Oversee, support, and enhance the application of our competency assessment tool (SELP – Siemens Energy Learning Platform) and associated processes. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify competency gaps and develop targeted programs in conjunction with our Learning & Development Team. Monitor and analyze competency data to uncover trends and areas for enhancement. Prepare and present reports on competency management activities and outcomes to senior leadership. What You Bring
A background in Competence Management is advantageous, with a foundation in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. We aim to create an environment that fosters innovation and nurtures a thriving culture.
Several years of experience in competency management, talent development, or a related role. Proven leadership skills demonstrated through initial experiences in team management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills showcased in a dynamic international setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Experience in project management and change management is a plus. Proficiency in English; German language skills are desirable.
