Join Siemens Healthineers as a Senior Data Governance Specialist and play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare through the digitalization of processes by standardizing global master data frameworks.
Master data is crucial for our digital transformation initiatives. By establishing robust master data governance, we can enhance business process automation, optimize reporting, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
This role offers the opportunity to work remotely for up to 60% of the time within Germany, subject to managerial agreement. It is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing the global master data management governance framework across various systems and organizational boundaries.
- Assisting in the development of global protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and standardization of data attributes.
- Formulating the master data strategy for the new SAP S/4HANA-based production system and leading the 'Master Data' workstream within the overall project.
- Establishing global benchmarks and cohesive master data models.
- Collaborating with IT professionals to outline requirements for implementing rule-based workflows and replication procedures, as well as creating data quality standards for extensive data sets.
- Providing support to business units and functions with innovative master data solutions tailored to their operational needs.
- Developing training resources and facilitating training and communication initiatives.
Your qualifications and experience:
- A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in master data management, governance, and the standardization of data management processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in defining and implementing SAP systems in a production context, particularly concerning master data.
- Familiarity with the SAP Business Partner framework and material master data and their application in processes.
- Awareness of SAP S/4HANA advancements and their implications for processes is advantageous.
- A profound understanding of contemporary master data solutions such as SAP Data Intelligence Cloud and SAP Business Intelligence.
