About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Space Systems Engineer to join our Communication Systems Simulation & Analysis team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing simulation models to analyze system performance, with a focus on space optical communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop optical link models for inter-satellite communication
  • Conduct performance analyses to optimize optical link parameters
  • Evaluate the impact of atmospheric and environmental conditions on optical communication performance
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and performance reports
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and participate in design reviews
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • Experience in modeling optical communication systems
  • Strong knowledge of optical link budget analysis, modulation techniques, and signal processing
  • Experience with inter-satellite communication or free-space optical communication is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB, Python
