Role OverviewAs a Satellite Operations Systems Implementation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the procurement and integration of the Satellite Control Center for our satellite constellation. Your expertise will be essential during the procurement phase, and you will collaborate with various technical teams to ensure seamless integration of operational infrastructure and software.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the SCC Prime to oversee the integration and acceptance of the SCC Cloud Infrastructure and operational software.
- Develop testing protocols for Ground Level and System Level test campaigns, including SVTs and SOVs.
- Assist in defining and establishing the testing and validation environment for the SCC.
- Work closely with Ground Segment and System teams to coordinate and execute IVV activities.
- Identify verification methods for SCC requirements and carry out verification tasks.
- Review and create mission documentation, such as test procedures, software manuals, and operational reports.
- Engage in testing, simulation, and rehearsal campaigns.
- Provide operational support for LEOP and Routine Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the space industry.
- Experience with CI/CD tools integration and operations.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure integration and maintenance.
- Proficient in database management.
- Experience in software development and scripting.
- Ability to meet deadlines and approach problem-solving pragmatically.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
