Aufgabenbereich

Als Mitglied eines engagierten Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für die Beratung und Unterstützung der Einkaufsabteilungen bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Erfüllung der Compliance-Anforderungen, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Nachhaltigkeit unserer Lieferketten.

  • Vertragliche Sicherstellung: Sie gewährleisten, dass unsere Lieferanten vertraglich zusichern, unsere menschenrechts- und umweltbezogenen Erwartungen zu erfüllen. Zudem führen Sie regelmäßige Gespräche mit unseren Lieferanten zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen.
  • Rechtliche Unterstützung: Bei der Festlegung allgemeiner Vertragsbedingungen und der Klärung rechtlicher Fragen arbeiten Sie eng mit den Einkaufsabteilungen und unserem Justiziariat zusammen.
  • Prüfung von Hinweisen: Sie analysieren systematisch Hinweise auf mögliche Verstöße gegen Menschenrechte und Umweltstandards in unseren Lieferketten und leiten gegebenenfalls Präventions- oder Abhilfemaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Lieferanten ein.
  • Rechtsbeobachtung: Sie verfolgen rechtliche Entwicklungen auf nationaler, europäischer und internationaler Ebene im Kontext der nachhaltigen Beschaffung und entwickeln geeignete Umsetzungsprozesse.
  • Schulungen und Sensibilisierung: Sie führen interne Schulungen durch und sensibilisieren die Mitarbeitenden für Compliance- und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, Betriebswirtschaft mit rechtlichem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Umsetzung rechtlicher Anforderungen zur Nachhaltigkeit in Industrieunternehmen oder Einkaufsabteilungen ist von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch.
  • Hohe Kooperationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Sachverhalte zielgerichtet zu vermitteln.
  • Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zur Unterstützung des Teamerfolgs.
