About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Sales Partner to join our team at SAP Fioneer. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with DACH customers in the banking industry to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and propose strategic solutions to technical challenges and business opportunities within our portfolio and new clients.
  • Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels.
  • Comprehend intricate interdependencies within the customer organization to guide the appropriate engagement approach.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in providing innovative solutions to banks, helping them achieve strategic and transformational goals.
  • Proven software sales experience with a track record of overachieving targets.
  • Strong network of connections with Bank Finance executives in the DACH Region.
  • Consultative approach to selling with hands-on project experience.
  • Effective stakeholder management and strong business acumen.
  • Fluency in German and English, enabling seamless business conduct.
