**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager to join our growing DACH team at Taboola. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing long-term strategic partnerships with Tier I Brands and agencies across the Region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate new business and manage a robust pipeline, accurately forecasting new business closure rates.
- Understand clients' organizations and offer multiple Taboola products to a given client by identifying the right stakeholders for each product.
- Gain an excellent understanding of digital technology, programmatic, video, and revenue ecosystems to effectively explain product benefits within this context.
- Work closely with the Advertising Sales Director to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Coach and mentor sales team members.
- Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management.
- Work closely with our Account Managers to manage long-term relationships with our clients.
- Convey feedback from clients to Taboola's product team regarding product development needs.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree would be a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales-driven environment.
- The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
- A metrics-oriented, competitive attitude.
- Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills in German, good English would be an advantage.
- Passion to hunt, educate, and sell.
- The commitment and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn.
