Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our team in the DACH region. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and sales excellence in this strategic market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region, managing the sales process from initiation to closure in close collaboration with our founders.
- Revenue Achievement: Ensure the achievement of set revenue targets, driving sales growth and expansion in the DACH market.
- Sales Process Development: Develop and refine a repeatable, scalable sales process to drive revenue growth and sales excellence in the DACH region.
- Industry Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and understand client market needs, providing strategic insights to inform sales strategies.
- Strategic Advising: Act as a market expert, advising our founders on relevant developments and serving as a strategic partner in sales and business development.
- Best Practices Implementation: Implement best practices in sales methods, ensuring a high level of sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our delivery team to develop customized, feasible solutions that meet client needs and drive sales growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience in SME sales, with a proven track record of success in sales within small to medium-sized enterprises.
- Expertise in selling software development solutions, with a deep understanding of software development products and services.
- Pragmatic and driven seller, with a results-oriented approach and a passion for building and scaling new initiatives.
- Solution-oriented seller, with a deep understanding of client pain points and needs, and a ability to foster long-term relationships.
- High level of ownership, with a willingness to take full responsibility for projects and client success.
- Proficiency in German at a native or near-native level (C2 level).
- Leadership experience (preferred), with a proven track record of leading sales teams and driving sales growth.
- Sector experience (preferred), with experience in healthcare, banking, or ESG sectors.
