Job Summary:
The Contract Coordinator will be a key member of the Deal Desk team at Emarsys, partnering closely with sales teams to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and enablement. This role will assist in revenue-generating activities, support client success initiatives, and enable the GTM team on new processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the GTM team to coordinate contract creation, management, and auditing, ensuring seamless documentation and workflow accuracy.
- Create product and service orders, contract addendums, and renewals, communicating with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Optimize Deal Desk case queue across Sharepoint and Workstreams to ensure proper documentation and workflow accuracy.
- Execute Close/Won process in Salesforce to ensure accurate and timely order-to-cash process.
- Route customer inquiries to appropriate teams to address client needs effectively.
- Strategize with existing business teams to discuss client usage, options, issues, renewals, and upsells.
- Execute internal projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Provide updates and process training to GTM sales teams, working closely with cross-departmental teams.
- Review over/under utilization reports for up-sale opportunities and clients requiring immediate follow-up.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, deal desk, sales, coordination, analyst, order management, and/or project management.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize and work autonomously.
- Native (or strong fluency) in German and English, both written and spoken.
