- Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a trusted partner, interacting with senior leaders, contractors, consultants, and vendors to drive results.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and execute global travel activities, including accommodations and expense tracking, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Confidentiality and Documentation: Manage highly sensitive information and documentation with discretion.
- Initiative and Planning: Proactively anticipate the needs of the leaders and their team, coordinating departmental operating mechanisms and business reviews.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Arrange on- and off-site meetings, including reservations, audio/video conferencing, and catering.
- Data Compilation and Analysis: Assist in gathering and presenting data for analysis and presentation.
- Key Results and Follow-up: Track and drive completion of key results, following up on outstanding items.
- Document Creation and Policy Support: Generate confidential documents and materials, and provide information on departmental and company policies.
- Process Improvement and Team Support: Identify areas for administrative process improvement and engage colleagues in improvement efforts, while supporting the administrative organization.
- Process invoices and prioritize multiple system requests.
