Job Summary:

NAMSA is a leading company in the medical device industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate with employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Native German speaker, English is a must, French would be a plus.
