HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at apm Personal-Leasing GmbH as part of a direct placement.
Key Responsibilities- HR Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues from associates and leaders for assigned locations, functions, or departments.
- Leadership Development: Establish strong professional relationships with assigned leaders to facilitate management-employee coaching and evaluate workplace problems and construct relevant solutions.
- Employee Relations: Manage associate disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations for assigned locations, functions, or departments.
- Performance Management: Support and manage the employee performance review process for assigned locations, functions, or departments.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with leadership and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure staffing needs for assigned teams are met.
- Training and Development: Facilitate training and development sessions as required.
- HR Administration: Manage relevant Human Resources paperwork and documentation, including business contracts, employment verification, work hours, and benefits for all assigned functions, locations, or departments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of working experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and ERP-systems.
- Language: German and fluent English is necessary, French would be nice to have.
- Reporting: Reports to the Director, Human Resources in EMEA.
