Position: Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and respond to the needs of diverse departments in partnership with the HR team and leadership.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and challenges.
- Develop strong relationships with management for guidance and problem-solving.
- Oversee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
- Manage performance evaluations and address developmental requirements.
- Conduct training sessions and ensure that staffing requirements are fulfilled.
- Introduce and enforce new HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain accurate HR records.
- Guarantee data privacy and adherence to compliance standards within the HRIS.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Preferred HR Certification.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- Familiarity with local labor regulations and benefits programs.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field.
- Fluent in German, with proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
