Global Key Account Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a robust and sustainable relationship with key global clients. Assist in the operational phase of the Global key account. Monitor the performance metrics of assigned key account wind farms. Address technical challenges impacting key clients. Conduct weekly and monthly performance reporting. Mediate high-level conflicts that remain unresolved at the regional level, striving for mutually beneficial solutions. Serve as a primary contact for corporate leadership of the client. Enhance collaboration between key stakeholders from both organizations. Identify significant sales prospects. Provide support to the regional team in negotiating major technical agreements (such as warranty extensions). Assist in the negotiation of framework or global agreements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Degree in Engineering or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English. A minimum of 10 years of experience in service operations. A proactive individual. Strong team collaborator. Humble and approachable. Results-driven. Resilient, capable of navigating complex scenarios. Experience leading high-level global operational and technical discussions. Organized and responsible. Empathetic, skilled in achieving win-win outcomes.
