Global Key Account Executive

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and nurture enduring relationships with key global clients.
- Assist in the operational and maintenance phase for key accounts.
- Monitor the performance metrics of designated wind farm accounts.
- Address technical challenges faced by key clients.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Mediate high-level conflicts that remain unresolved at the regional level, striving for mutually beneficial solutions.
- Serve as a primary contact for corporate leadership of clients.
- Foster collaboration between key stakeholders from both parties.
- Identify and pursue significant sales opportunities.
- Provide support to regional teams in negotiating major technical agreements (such as warranty extensions).
- Assist in the negotiation of framework or global agreements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in service operations.
