Lead ERP Solutions Consultant

Join our dynamic team at much. GmbH as a Senior ERP Consultant, where you will spearhead innovative projects focused on the implementation and enhancement of ERP solutions tailored for the E-Commerce sector. Become an integral part of a motivated team dedicated to solving complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Assume a pivotal role in managing intricate E-Commerce ERP solutions and workflows.
- Independently oversee extensive ERP implementation initiatives utilizing Odoo.
- Serve as the primary contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing expert support and effectively managing any escalations.
- Guide and mentor our talented Junior Consultants, fostering their professional development.
- Continuously refine and optimize internal business processes across the entire business unit.
- Direct the customization of software and the development of internal products.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and change management strategies for clients, ensuring seamless transitions and successful project delivery.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant, or IT Consultant.
- Proven expertise in business IT and processes within the E-Commerce domain or in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or Logistics.
- A degree in a business or IT-related discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a strong commitment to excellence.
- A genuine passion for tackling challenging projects and devising intelligent solutions.
- Fluency in English and German at a C1 level is essential.
