E-Commerce ERP Project Leader

Your Role: As a key player, you will take on an expert position in managing intricate E-Commerce ERP solutions and processes. You will oversee and execute large-scale ERP implementation projects, primarily utilizing Odoo, while serving as the primary contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex E-Commerce ERP solutions and processes.
  • Independently manage and execute large-scale ERP implementation projects.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their needs and managing escalations effectively.
  • Mentor and guide our talented Junior Consultants, fostering their professional development.
  • Continuously enhance our internal business processes across the business unit.
  • Lead the development of software customizations and internal products.
  • Facilitate workshops, pitches, and change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and successful project execution.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant, or IT Consultant.
  • Proven experience in business IT and processes within E-Commerce or related fields such as Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or Logistics.
  • A degree in a business or IT-related discipline.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • A passion for tackling challenging projects and developing innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in English and German at a C1 level is essential.
