Key Responsibilities- Serve as an expert in complex ERP solutions and processes across various sectors including E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Services, and Finance.
- Independently oversee and execute large-scale ERP implementation projects utilizing Odoo.
- Act as the primary contact for our clients throughout projects, providing consistent support and managing escalations effectively.
- Mentor and guide our Junior Consultants, promoting their professional development and growth.
- Continuously enhance our internal business processes within the unit.
- Direct the development of software customizations and internal products.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and change management initiatives for clients, ensuring seamless transitions and successful project delivery.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant, or IT Consultant.
- Familiarity with business IT and processes, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, SaaS, or Finance.
- A degree in a business or IT-related discipline.
- Proven experience in leadership and mentoring roles.
- Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a high level of commitment.
- A passion for tackling challenging projects and devising intelligent solutions.
- Fluency in English and German at a C1 level is mandatory.
