Expert ERP Implementation Consultant

Your Role: Take charge of exciting projects that involve the deployment and enhancement of ERP systems, particularly focusing on Odoo. You will have the opportunity to work independently while also collaborating with a team of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on intricate E-Commerce ERP solutions and workflows.
  • Oversee and execute large-scale ERP implementation initiatives, ensuring they align with client needs.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing consistent support and managing any escalations effectively.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering their development and professional growth.
  • Continuously refine and enhance internal processes to optimize efficiency within the business unit.
  • Lead the customization of software solutions and the development of internal products.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and change management efforts to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a role as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant, or IT Consultant.
  • Proven experience in business IT and processes, specifically within E-Commerce or related fields such as Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
  • A degree in a business or IT-related discipline.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a high level of commitment.
  • A genuine passion for tackling complex projects and devising innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in English and German at a C1 level is essential.
