Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for intricate ERP solutions and processes across various sectors, including E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Services, and Finance.
  • Manage and execute large-scale ERP implementation projects independently, utilizing Odoo.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing consistent support and effectively managing escalations.
  • Guide and mentor our ambitious Junior Consultants, fostering their professional development.
  • Continuously enhance and refine internal business processes for the entire business unit.
  • Oversee the development of software customizations and internal products.
  • Facilitate workshops, pitches, and change management initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and successful project execution.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant, or IT Consultant.
  • Proficiency in business IT and processes across various fields, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, SaaS, or Finance.
  • A degree in a business or IT-related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and mentoring roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a high level of commitment.
  • A passion for tackling challenging projects and devising intelligent solutions.
  • Fluency in English and German at a C1 level is essential.
