Job Summary:
A Senior Account Executive is a trusted advisory role with a comprehensive understanding of our customers' requirements combined with a clear ability to articulate and demonstrate Loftware's value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective top-down sales strategies across our existing and new targeted customers to deliver against the expectations of this role.
- Collaborate with internal teams in the pursuit of business growth and market share.
- Own prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to existing and net new customers.
- Develop and execute a clear business plan to address customer and prospect priorities, pain points, and value drivers.
- Establish and maintain business relationships at the highest level.
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Identify and manage license and services sales opportunities within enterprise-level ($500M+ annual revenue).
- Understand strategies, business objectives, and client needs in order to propose solutions that meet their requirements.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with existing and future targeted customers, including alliance partners such as SAP to support mutual close plans.
- Own prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to existing and net new customers.
- Develop and deliver a detailed business plan to address customer and prospect priorities, pain points, and value drivers.
- Coordinate internal resources where needed to provide.
- Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews with Sales and Marketing Leadership.
- Achieve the company's growth targets by meeting and exceeding defined quotas.
- Ability to travel as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience selling ERP, WMS, or supply chain solutions.
- Proven sales history of meeting objectives and targets.
- Experience selling to both existing accounts and net new business in life sciences is desirable, using a value and solution-based sales process.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated ability to network and work effectively with strategic partners, e.g., SAP.
- Results-oriented and demonstration of a can-do attitude to succeed, living and working to the company-wide behaviors of Loftware.
- Stay Curious / Own It / Make a Difference / Be Humble.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and activities.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with virtual teams, including Marketing, Solution Engineers, and Services.
- Highly skilled selling to multiple roles and levels within the large enterprise.
- Multi-language fluency (written and verbal) preferable.
