Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Customer Experience Consultant, der unsere Kunden im internationalen Automotive-Sektor strategisch beraten kann. Der Kandidat sollte fundierte Kenntnisse der Oracle Marketing Cloud oder einer vergleichbaren Enterprise-Lösung besitzen und Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops haben.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Strategische Beratung zur optimalen Nutzung von Daten, Marketing-Automatisierung und Personalisierung
  • Entwicklung von Datenmodellen, Customer Journeys und automatisierten Kommunikationsstrecken
  • Durchführung von Recherchen und Auswahl von Methoden, Benchmark-Analysen, Definition von MVPs, KPI-Analysen und Zielgruppenanalysen
  • Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Erstellung von Angeboten und Präsentationen
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Projekte
  • Operative Unterstützung bei internationalen Ausschreibungsprozessen
Voraussetzungen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der strategischen Beratung im Bereich CRM-Systeme, Marketing-Automatisierung, Lead- und Kampagnenmanagement, Online-Marketing und/oder Cross-Channel-Marketing
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Oracle Marketing Cloud oder einer vergleichbaren Enterprise-Lösung
  • Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen und kreativ umzusetzen
  • Umfassendes Wissen im Bereich Change-Management und agiles Projektmanagement
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Informationssicherheit und Informationssicherheitsbewusstsein
