The Role
We are seeking a highly qualified Customer Experience Senior Manager Cardiovascular to join our Specialty Business Unit. As a key member of our Customer Experience Strategy group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Cardiovascular products and driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic framework for our Cardiovascular products, focusing on an integrated approach of customer experience and end-to-end journey.
- Engage cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing & Sales, and Digital Excellence to deliver a comprehensive customer experience strategy for Cardiovascular products.
- Drive the implementation of Single Minded Proposition for Cardiovascular and lead customer experience planning for the brand in alignment with the portfolio, focusing on patients.
- Challenge strategic and implementation plans (EU and affiliates) for the brand, focusing on creating one end-to-end customer journey.
- Develop and implement activities and content according to customer needs, deliver on EU campaigns together with affiliates.
- Act as product owner for digital solutions, driving implementation from need identification to roll-out.
- Contribute to Lifecycle Management and competitive approaches.
Requirements
- MBA or marketing degree.
- +5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in cardiovascular or diabetes.
- Commercial experience and acumen.
- Experience in building impactful customer interactions in Germany and other European countries where Daiichi Sankyo Europe is present.
- Experience in creating personalized content for healthcare professionals through modular content development and localization.
- Develop channel-specific templates to be cascaded to countries, considering customer journey.
- Hands-on proactive approach and accountability.
- Good communication and strong social skills.
- Experience working in and leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Ability to work in English, fluent written and spoken, with additional languages a plus.
