Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager in Thailand, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the designated sales territory and successfully closing new projects with existing and new customers.

You will work closely with the internal technical team to design and develop technical solutions in multiple high-tech industries, providing start-up project development and ongoing customer support.

Additionally, you will be responsible for internal and external project management and control, as well as developing and submitting reports detailing new opportunities, sales calls, competitor activity, potential customers, and customer needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed university studies in engineering with a focus on process engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering, and have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of engineering and technical sales.

You will also need to have very good English and Japanese skills, as well as the ability to solve complex technical problems with customers.

Excellent organizational skills and a responsible, cross-departmental working style are also essential, as well as a high degree of initiative, team-oriented, open-minded, polite, and respectful attitude.
