Senior Embedded Android Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Android Developer to join our team at Optimus Search. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge Android solutions for the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality Android software for embedded systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Android solutions with other departments
  • Design and implement HALs for low-level Android device features
  • Implement AOSP modifications and HALs on hardware Android variants
  • Research and prototype hardware-accelerated capabilities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools in the field
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Android OS development, including SDK/NDK
  • Excellent experience working with C/C++/Embedded Systems
  • Experience with build systems such as AOSP, Make, cgrep, Soong etc.
  • Experience working with Java/Kotlin
  • Fluency in English
