Android Application Engineer Position

Cinemo is seeking an experienced Android Application Engineer to join our Software Engineering department. As one of our Android experts, you will develop and maintain mobile Apps for the Android platform, utilizing our award-winning IVI products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android Apps using our core product.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, UX designers, solution architects, and the QA department to ensure seamless integration and testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android-related technologies and best practices.
  • Produce well-documented code, focusing on high quality, robustness, and maintainability.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Android Application development.
  • Excellent Kotlin programming skills using the Google Android SDK.
  • Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles and patterns.
  • Very good experience in CarPlay.
  • Ability to read and understand C++ and Java source code.
  • Self-motivated, self-reliant, and solution-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
