Android Application Engineer Position

Cinemo is seeking an experienced Android Application Engineer to join our Software Engineering department. As one of our Android experts, you will develop Apps for the Android platform, utilizing our award-winning IVI products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile Apps using our core product.
  • Produce well-documented code with a focus on high quality, robustness, and maintainability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android-related technologies.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, UX designers, solution architects, and the QA department.
Requirements:
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Android Application development.
  • Excellent Kotlin programming skills using the Google Android SDK.
  • Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles and patterns.
  • Very good experience in CarPlay.
  • Ability to read and understand C++ and Java source code.
  • Self-motivated, self-reliant, and solution-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
