Android Application Engineer

Cinemo is a global leader in infotainment products, and we're seeking an experienced Android Application Engineer to join our team.

As an Android Application Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile apps for the Android platform, utilizing our award-winning IVI products. You will work closely with our software engineers, UX designers, solution architects, customer support team, and QA department to ensure the highest quality and maintainability of our apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain mobile apps using our core product
  • Produce well-documented code with a focus on high quality, robustness, and maintainability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android-related technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality apps
Requirements:
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Android Application development
  • Excellent Kotlin programming skills using the Google Android SDK
  • Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles and patterns
  • Very good experience in CarPlay
  • Ability to read and understand C++ and Java source code
  • Self-motivated, self-reliant, and solution-driven, with a passion for learning and innovation
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
