Our event management division has been operational since 2014, successfully hosting a variety of hybrid and virtual events, including the renowned pv magazine Roundtables, Insights, and Awards, alongside product launch platforms and knowledge-sharing webinars.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Management Manager (m/f/x) to enhance our International Sales team. This role is pivotal in managing our print and digital advertising placements, overseeing sponsorship invoicing, and handling activities related to our online shop. You will collaborate with various departments and report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Management Manager, your duties will include:

  • Managing order entry, reviewing and processing print and digital advertisements, and preparing invoices and payment reminders.
  • Engaging with international clients regarding advertising materials.
  • Following up on media partnerships.
  • Providing assistance to Marketing, Sales, Editorial, and Event teams.
  • Conducting general office administration, webshop management, issuing invoices, and offering customer email support.
Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and confident with a proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress); knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
