Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Valyria Technology GmbH. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Delivery - You will be responsible for managing and coordinating our customer service operations, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
Team Management - You will lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
Process Improvement - You will identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency.
Performance Management - You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of the customer service team, setting goals and objectives, and providing feedback and coaching to ensure that team members are meeting their targets.
Experience - You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
Skills - You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Knowledge - You will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business results.
Leadership - You will have the ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on developing and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
