Key Responsibilities:- Develop, align, and execute on think-cell's customer engagement marketing strategy to improve the customer experience and drive retention, growth, and advocacy at scale.
- Gain subject matter expertise on customer needs and ways of working to inform your strategy.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and competitor dynamics to inform your strategy.
- Explore creative means of driving customer engagement and growth at scale, including in-product experience, community building, and advocacy initiatives.
- Own email marketing strategy and initiatives, including defining and implementing targeted, personalized email nurture campaigns aligned with customer segmentation strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing ops team to develop and optimize email nurture workflows, ensuring proper segmentation, scheduling, delivery, and tracking of campaigns.
- Use customer data and insights to inform email campaign and content optimization opportunities, leveraging A/B testing methodologies to quantify email performance improvements.
- Adhere to email marketing best practices focused on enhancing user experience, including clear and compelling messaging and call-to-actions, mobile-friendliness of content, optimized email subject lines, and visually appealing templates and content.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates, and use insights to refine campaign strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment between email marketing efforts and customer touchpoints throughout the sales, onboarding, and ongoing engagement process.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in customer engagement marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools, with Marketo experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing email marketing campaign strategies and campaigns.
- Proven track record of contributing to business performance through customer engagement initiatives.
- Proven track record of using data and customer insights to drive improvements.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and personalized marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Dynamic, positive 'can do' attitude, with a team player mentality.
- Fluent in English, with German and other European languages a plus.
