Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Akquise neuer Geschäftspartner und recherchierst eigenständig potenzielle Unternehmen für unsere dualen Studiengänge.
  • Der Aufbau und die Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu unseren Geschäftspartnern stehen im Mittelpunkt deiner Tätigkeit, um eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit zu fördern.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem B2C-Vertriebsteam zusammen und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Unternehmenspartnern und den Studieninteressierten.
  • Als Vertriebsprofi sorgst du dafür, dass die Bedürfnisse der Studieninteressierten und der Unternehmen optimal aufeinander abgestimmt werden und begleitest beide Parteien bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
  • Freue dich auf ein agiles Arbeitsumfeld und eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem dynamischen Unternehmen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Vertrieb mit, egal ob als aufstrebender Junior oder erfahrener Senior.
  • Du arbeitest zielorientiert, eigenverantwortlich und kennzahlenbasiert, um deine Ziele und die deiner Partner im Blick zu behalten.
  • Mit Empathie und überzeugendem Verhandlungsgeschick gehst du auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Geschäftspartner ein.
  • Du bist ein verlässlicher Teamplayer und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und CRM-Systemen und kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Deutsch.
