About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative Intern/Working Student to join our team at Hive Technologies GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold-calling, and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus
