What you'll do

Do you enjoy coordinating different projects and have a heart for organizing events, webcasts and marketing campaigns? Do you execute your tasks quickly and are goal-oriented, but you also like to bring your own ideas to the table? Then you might be the perfect candidate for our Field Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be in charge of supporting the organization of events and be responsible for small event projects
  • Assist in the implementation of webcasts
  • Promote the events we sponsor and the webcasts we organize on internal and external communication levers
  • You will be responsible for creating online and offline campaigns in the MEE region
  • You prepare social media activities
  • You handle communication with SAP Signavio's clients and partners, including appointment coordination
  • You will organize and support the production of advertising material
  • Regular activity monitoring meetings with sales teams and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
  • Find lead generating activities, marketing agencies with whom you can initiate ABM campaigns
  • You organize omnichannel marketing campaigns

As an intern, you would work 40 hours per week and as a working student, you would work 20 hours per week.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Good MS Office skills
  • You see your strength in project coordination
  • You are an open-minded person and can imagine working closely with an international team
  • You have very good communication skills
  • You have experience in dealing with customers, partners or suppliers
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the B2B environment
  • Experience in using HubSpot is advantageous
  • Language skills: Fluent in German and English

Meet your team

We are an international Field Marketing Team reporting to the VP Global Field Marketing at SAP Signavio. As a team we are responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution within our regions.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
